Me and my mates like a bloody good drink, make no mistake.

We also like the odd "dirty" drink (eg. Newcastle Brown, or Carling).

Anyone got any good recommendations?

Tesco value bitter IS water! It's about 2%... what's the point? You'd need to drink about 8 of them to be over the limit, but even if you drove after that you'd never get caught, because you'd spend most of your time by the side of the road having a piss.

I used to drink 'bottles of Dog' (Newcastle Brown) by choice, because it was the same price as normal beer, but 550ml rather than 500. I like a lot of real ales actually... but not when I'm on a mission (where's that 'drunken' phpBB smiley?)

one you lot might like is 'Golden Pride' which is brewed by Fullers (London Pride) but 8.5% Very Happy

I really want to go to the USA, just to sample their 40oz 'malt liquors'. Maybe I've been listening to too much 80s hip-hop though.

Has anyone tried Cannon lager? Kwik Save used to sell it, dunno if they still do, fucking shite it is.
