Half white cider (usually Frosty's, as it's fairly nice)
Half super lager of your choice (Spesh for me)
Double measure of anything black, the stronger the better. Previous candidates have included Buckfast (foul), Jaeger (tasty), Guinness (absolutely fucking revolting), Pernod (bearable) and Random Cheap Red Wine (arguably the worst of all).

i made something similar, the super sambite: Special Brew, Strongbow Black and sambuka. Heres a video of me making it... as you can see by the second pint I am too fucked to work the zoom function... plus I was puking a lot the next morning. Its a winner: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_zM0Qz4ukI
